1. Returns Policy & Instructions
DealsAllYear.com offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy Details) provided the following conditions are met:
All returns must be accompanied by a DealsAllYear.com Return Authorization Merchandise Number (RMA). Please contact our customer service division during our listed customer service hours.
All merchandise must be returned in its supplied packaging.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, in their original unaltered box. (Must be returned in the condition it was received. Items and box must NOT have any scratches, stickers, residue, etc)
All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
All original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
All returned Cameras will be checked for the shutter count. Depending on shutter count, returned cameras are subject to a minimum 15% restocking. (with shutter count the "items must be in brand new condition" condition will not be met)
All returned merchandise must be unregistered.
DealsAllYear.com can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
Orders returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned back at the shipper's expense
If the conditions are not met, DealsAllYear.com reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

On all returned/refused package that was shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that was paid to ship out the order is non-refundable and may be deducted from the return amount.
All refused packages must pay a fee of the price of shipping both ways. (The sum of the shipping to the customer and back to the store)
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 Business Days from time of return merchandise and may take up to a week to be reflected back on the credit card.

Order Change / Cancellation:
You may request to change or cancel an order ONLY by phone (NOT BY EMAIL NOR CHAT) as long as it has not been shipped. Notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact our Customer Support line at to request a change or cancellation.
If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.
All products are covered by a 1 year parts and 30 day labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In some cases where the manufacturer warranty does not apply, products are covered by DealsAllYear.com or a 3rd party warranty may be purchased for an additional cost. DealsAllYear.com carries both US and Import Market products which are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. On Imported Items, DealsAllYear.com will provide Limited warranty service on the products. Products for repair must be accompanied by the receipt or bill of sale.
